These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.insynck9.dog (the “Site”), as well as any related services, content, features, training programs, booking functionalities, or applications offered by InSyncK9 LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 417 W 25th St, Jacksonville, FL 32206, United States (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, booking services, or otherwise using the Site, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and refrain from engaging with our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InSyncK9 LLC. Please review them carefully.

1. DEFINITIONS

For clarity throughout this Agreement:

  • “Services” refers to all dog training, behavioral modification, boarding, group classes, private sessions, service dog preparation, scent tracking, protection training, and related offerings provided by InSyncK9 LLC.
  • “Packages” refers to bundled service offerings available for purchase through the Site.
  • “Booking System” refers to the online functionality allowing Users to schedule appointments, classes, or boarding stays.
  • “User Content” includes any information, documents, photos, videos, medical records, or other materials uploaded, submitted, or transmitted by you through the Site.
  • “Third-Party Platforms” refers to external services integrated with the Site, including but not limited to payment processors, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), calendar systems, and API services.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use certain features of the Site, including booking Services or uploading documents, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to bind any minor or animal under your care to these Terms;
  • All registration information you submit is accurate, current, and complete;
  • You will maintain the security of your password and account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. InSyncK9 LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in suspicious activity.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

InSyncK9 LLC specializes in professional canine development and behavior solutions. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Basic Obedience & Manners: Foundational training focusing on leash walking, recall, sit/stay, and household etiquette.
  • Private Training: One-on-one sessions tailored to your dog’s specific needs, conducted in-home or at our facility.
  • Group Training: Structured classes promoting socialization and skill-building in a controlled group environment.
  • Advanced Obedience Training: Precision work, off-leash reliability, and complex command sequences for experienced dogs.
  • Behavioral Modification Training: Evidence-based interventions for anxiety, aggression, reactivity, fear, and other challenging behaviors.
  • Protection Training: Specialized programs for personal protection, property guarding, and working dog development (subject to rigorous temperament evaluation).
  • Scent Tracking Training: Nose work, detection foundations, and tracking skill development.
  • In-Home Private Training: Personalized instruction delivered in your residence to address environment-specific behaviors.
  • Service Dog Preparation: Foundation training for dogs being raised for assistance work. Please note: InSyncK9 LLC does not certify service dogs. Final certification must be completed through accredited assistance dog organizations or as required by applicable law.
  • Boarding Services: Supervised overnight accommodations for dogs enrolled in training programs or as a standalone service (subject to availability and intake requirements).

Important Notice: Specific pricing for Services and Packages is not published on the Site. All fees, package details, and service scopes are provided during consultation, booking confirmation, or via direct communication with our team. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the fees communicated to you prior to confirmation.

4. BOOKING, CANCELLATION, AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

4.1 Booking Process

Services are scheduled through our online Booking System. Availability is subject to real-time calendar updates. A booking is not confirmed until you receive an email or SMS confirmation from InSyncK9 LLC. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

4.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Training Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the session rate.
  • Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Missed classes without notice are non-refundable and cannot be made up.
  • Boarding Reservations: Cancellations require 7 days’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled stay may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total reservation cost.
  • Emergency Exceptions: We understand emergencies occur. Documentation (e.g., veterinary records) may be required to waive cancellation fees at our sole discretion.

4.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are charged the full session rate and may impact future booking privileges.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments for Services, Packages, or boarding are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods processed through our secure Third-Party Payment Integrations. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amounts.
  • Recurring payments (e.g., for multi-session packages) will be processed according to the schedule disclosed at purchase. You may cancel recurring billing by contacting us directly, though this does not entitle you to refunds for services already rendered.
  • All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
  • Late payments for outstanding balances may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law, plus reasonable collection costs.

6. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

6.1 Mandatory Documentation

Prior to enrollment in any Service, especially boarding or group activities, you must provide:

  • Current vaccination records (including Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella) issued by a licensed veterinarian;
  • Completed medical history and behavioral disclosure forms;
  • Signed boarding agreement (if applicable).

Documents may be uploaded securely through the Site. You represent that all submitted information is accurate and complete.

6.2 Health and Temperament Disclosures

You agree to disclose any known health conditions, behavioral issues, aggression history, or special needs your dog may have. Failure to disclose material information may result in immediate termination of Services, forfeiture of fees, and liability for any damages or injuries caused.

6.3 Right to Refuse Service

InSyncK9 LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Services for any dog that:

  • Poses a safety risk to staff, other animals, or the public;
  • Shows signs of contagious illness;
  • Has incomplete or invalid documentation;
  • Exhibits behaviors beyond the scope of our training methodology.

7. BOARDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you utilize our boarding Services:

  • Supervision: Dogs are supervised by trained staff but are not under constant one-on-one observation. We are not liable for injuries resulting from normal canine interactions.
  • Personal Items: You may provide familiar items (beds, toys). All items are subject to inspection and may be discarded if soiled or damaged. InSyncK9 LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
  • Medical Emergencies: In the event of illness or injury, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If unreachable, you authorize us to seek veterinary care at your expense. A signed veterinary release form is required during registration.
  • Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Strict adherence to scheduled times is required. Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.

8. SERVICE DOG TRAINING DISCLAIMER

InSyncK9 LLC provides foundation training and public access preparation for dogs intended for service work. We are not an accredited assistance dog organization and do not certify, register, or license service animals.

You acknowledge that:

  • Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability. Training is an ongoing process that requires handler commitment.
  • Final certification, if required for housing, travel, or employment accommodations, is the responsibility of the handler and may involve third-party evaluators.
  • Misrepresentation of a pet as a service animal is illegal in many jurisdictions and may result in legal penalties. InSyncK9 LLC does not provide documentation for emotional support animals or pets.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

9.1 No Guarantees

While we employ proven, humane training methodologies, we do not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes. Dog behavior is influenced by genetics, environment, handler consistency, and numerous external factors beyond our control. Results vary by individual animal.

9.2 Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with:

  • Interaction between dogs, humans, and equipment;
  • Potential for bites, scratches, or injuries during training or boarding;
  • Stress or anxiety your dog may experience in new environments;
  • Unpredictable animal behavior despite professional handling.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, INSYNCK9 LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO INSYNCK9 LLC IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9.4 Third-Party Content and Integrations

The Site may integrate with Third-Party Platforms (e.g., social media auto-posting, payment gateways, calendar APIs). We do not control these platforms and disclaim liability for their content, privacy practices, or functionality. Your use of Third-Party Platforms is governed by their respective terms.

10. USER CONTENT AND UPLOADS

By uploading User Content (e.g., medical records, photos, videos) to the Site:

  • You grant InSyncK9 LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing Services, improving our offerings, and communicating with you.
  • You represent that you own or have rights to all uploaded Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
  • Medical and behavioral records are treated with confidentiality per our Privacy Policy, but may be shared with veterinary professionals or staff as necessary for your dog’s care.

Video Auto-Posting Feature: If you enable the optional feature to auto-upload training videos to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, you authorize InSyncK9 LLC to transmit such content via API integrations. You remain solely responsible for compliance with each platform’s terms and community guidelines.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, training methodologies, course materials, software, and trademarks, is the property of InSyncK9 LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Site content without express written permission;
  • Use our trademarks, service marks, or branding in connection with any commercial activity without prior authorization;
  • Scrape, data-mine, or automate access to the Site using bots, crawlers, or scripts.

12. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, national, or international law;
  • Harass, threaten, or defame our staff, other Users, or third parties;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or user accounts;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or booking;
  • Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or malicious code;
  • Interfere with the Site’s functionality or security features.

13. TERMINATION

InSyncK9 LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other Users, or exposes us to legal liability. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein cease, and you must discontinue use of the Site.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InSyncK9 LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your use of the Site or Services;
  • Your dog’s actions or behavior;
  • Your submission of User Content;
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

15. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures, but we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

16. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND INTEGRATIONS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., veterinary resources, pet supply retailers). These links are provided for convenience only. InSyncK9 LLC does not endorse, monitor, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing such links is at your own risk.

17. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND SERVICES

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or any aspect of the Site or Services at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site with an updated “March 25, 2026” date. Your continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage periodic review of these Terms.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be subject to good-faith mediation in Duval County, Florida. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida. You waive any objection to venue or forum non convenience.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

19. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver unless explicitly stated in writing.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Booking Confirmations, and any written agreements for specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and InSyncK9 LLC regarding the Site and Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or representations.
